Downtown Denver’s Secret Escape

Since 2006, The Clocktower Cabaret has been the heart of downtown nightlife. Hidden beneath the historic D&F Tower on 16th Street, our independent venue has hosted world-class burlesque, comedy, live music, and theatre for nearly two decades.

We’ve been the backdrop for birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, friend nights, date nights, weddings, office parties, divorce parties… you name it. Every night is a one-of-a-kind experience, and after 20 years, the celebration is still going strong.

Cabarets began in Paris as intimate gatherings in cafés, where artists, poets, and musicians performed in close quarters with their audience.

It was conversational, raw, and delightfully unpredictable.

The Clocktower Cabaret has kept that legacy alive in Downtown Denver since 2006
